What Are You Birthing?

Today’s session was all about new beginnings:  What are you birthing?

Our session card draw was BEAUTY (from Diana Cooper’s “Angels of Light” deck, image with description) so in following this theme:  Where can you recognize and feel into the beauty all around you?  Lean into this vibration to allow its comforting and uplifting frequency to resonate into all you create and exude.

What can we hold and offer?  Keeping within ourselves that which we also give out freely, for there is no ….reduction… no quantity for which to find depleted.  Think of intangibles like kindness, gratitude, appreciate a landscape or even sharing an image of art.  Acknowledging and appreciating beauty.

Most of our focus was around the Solar Plexus and Sacral chakras, and with those, moving them into alignment with the Heart.  As rebalancing came to these three areas we shifted focus to the feet.  Creating a comfortable connection in being present with Mother Earth.

The right wrist called for some Reiki, also in attachment with the Heart.  And as more energy flowed into the foot-to-Earth connection there was a softening and relaxation of the lower organs.  Then the feet and toes let out some accumulated layers of tension.

I closed with a showering of the whole system, including many layers beyond the known body.  Angels and guides were active in support of clearing and renewal.  A wolf spirit animal came in with its call, to further empower transformation and the energies of our recent New Moon in Leo.  Washing away all we have released to step under the Confident Sun of Creativity.  Freedom.
